Here are seven realistic strategies to help you rewire your brain:
Find Your Inner Peace With Mindfulness and Meditation:
- Practice Regularly: Engage in mindfulness meditation for at least 10–20 minutes daily. This practice increases gray matter in the brain regions associated with learning, memory, and emotional regulation.
- Stay Present: Focus on the present moment without judgment. This can be achieved through mindfulness exercises like deep breathing, body scans, or mindful walking.

- Cardiovascular Workouts: Engage in aerobic exercises such as running, cycling, or swimming. These activities increase blood flow to the brain and promote the growth of new neurons.
